Reviewed at KarthikaOne of the most horrible experiences of our life was to have entrusted this team for our home renovation project. Absolutely horrid, extremely distasteful, totally arrogant, unapologetically rude, no sese of project execution and management, they will promise the world while making a presentation and taking up the contract and impress you with their design, but they completely lack the ability to execute it as promised. They do not keep up their words and when followed up and question them about their mistakes they will threaten and take all the payments in full by saying they would not complete their job if not paid. With no options left they ripped us off all our money with not a single penny outstanding from us almost 2 months ahead of their handover of the project. They took design fees but did not share any rendered design as promised neither did they share the design specs in spite of repeated follow ups. They made a mess of our home and kitchen and everytime questioned their constant answer was "leave it with us, at the end all of these mistakes will be rectified and handed over". At one point, we got fed up and stopped chasing them only to be handed over an absolutely not liveable space and they had to work for further 2 more months post-handover to rectify all their mistakes while we were still living in the house. When their labours don't turn up to work and when we call them to check with them is when they start following up to know why they haven't turned up and even worse they say if the labourers don't turn up all they can do is follow up and they are not responsible for the no-show's. Will they say this to every customer of theirs while taking on a new client? On the whole we were royally cheated by them. On the whole they shattered our dreams and left us totally devastated.

She will take your money beforehand and leave your work in the middle. She plays tricks. She would initiate work and leave that in the middle. 4-5 court cases are going on her. If you do not want to loose your hard-earned money then please please do not go with this designer.

The owners have a different attitude when they have to sell the product and their attitude is completely different when you want to replace or return an item. They start making faces and start to abuse you, we had a really bad experience, highly not recommended. Bottom line the owners are "CHOR PARTY"

Reviewed at Home Space InteriorsIf I have to give ratings out of 5, will classify it accordingly: Performance : 0 - He has a bad team of workers who have no clue how to fix chaukhats, tiles, etc (being the most critical part of any project) Timely Delivery: -5 (minus 5) - According to him, the project had to be completed in 3 months' time, but extended it to 6 months and eventually had to break the contract as there was no progress being observed. Quality: -5 (minus 5) - He claims to use good quality material but ends up with the lowest quality. And the best part is that he never admits it unless you go out and try it yourself for the same brand. Expenditure: Undoubtedly, he will provide you the lowest BOQ ever but wait, it misses all the important points that he gonna charge later once you finalize the deal. Note: He is totally a money-minded person. Personally won't recommend it as you'll be spending your hard-earned money with the company cum person (Irshad) who is not worth it at all, but still if you're going for his vague projects then please be specific to the smallest details of BOQ. Precaution - Never give any sort of advance payment, because If he gets payment in advance he will stop picking up your phone calls and block you.

He never completed the work on time and the work he did was really disheartening. I spent a lot of money for house interiors but this guy ruined everything. Above all, he blackmailed that he will not deliver the kitchen if his remaining amount is not given beforehand. As a customer I have the right to stop some percentage of the total bill amount before I see the product at my place. But still I trusted and gave the amount to this cheater and gave the balance amount with expectation of the last remaining activities pending at his end to get completed. And still this person didn't complete his work and blocked us from all communication modes. I swear if you want to lose the money u can still put them on fire but never give that to group of thugs.

Owner Mayank might commit a lot but do not rely, he does not fulfill anything. Does what he likes and might cheat you. I tool handover in May, 2020 and facing issues from June, 2020 which are not resolved till date. Tried calling Mayank multiple times but no response, he ignores messages as well, shared images on whatsapp but no resolution. Mayank please call once you read the message.

Proprietor Irshad makes fool of people by talking sweet on your face, he takes big project at lower prices and then cheat people with the lowest quality material which was never discussed. His commission is 35-45% in his work even with the lower quotations because of inferior material used. He has a complete team of fraudsters. Would really suggest to go for some better solution provider who might charge high but justify his work.

Will give you absurd reasons for not doing work and also will give u wrong measurements. Will assure u BW ply but will use local one. Will also change the laminates without asking and use a low quality one. Only will ask for payments without doing work. U will end up spending ur valuable time with his workers making them do their work. No service even after full payment and will say not received full payment.

Reviewed at Al Habeeb Interior ( The Decor Factory)we were brave enough to give our 2 BHK interior project to Al Habeeb (which has no google or online reviews) only to get disappointed at last. The owner, Mr. Syed will keep chasing and requesting you initially to get the project in his hands and once handed over, he wouldn't even bother to visit the site to check if the work being done is upto the mark or not. We had to literally visit our flat every weekend to check on the quality of work done and had to make list (on every visit) and report each and everything to him and then he would get it rectified (if only the damage was repairable) because few of his workers were completely inexperienced and the quality of work done by them was terrible. Coming to the quality of materials used, some of the hinges used in bathroom vanity unit have already started rusting. It was mentioned in quote agreement that all hinges used will be soft close ones and the same is missing in many of the cabinets. And biggest of all, he has taken entire amount without actually finishing the project. Few of the tasks are yet to be for which he has taken money already. Its been 3 months now, he doesn't take our calls, nor return our calls and obviously doesn't intend to finish his unfinished task.
