We are having a Pan-India presence with state-of-the-art infrastructure and an experienced pool of manpower and had professionally managed Interior fit-out projects as large as 80,000 Sq. Ft  area for Times Of India, Lower Parel, Mumbai.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

The firm has been providing the Project Management Consultancy Services for a number of Clients, WHERE IN A COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY OF TIMELY EXECUTION is taken and cost over runs are minimized.

PROCESS LAY OUT

We are also into the planning for Production Units, Evolving Technical feasibility, working details, specifications and construction detailing. The site execution work is carried out under direct supervision and quality check of our senior Architect in order to ensure the highest Standards 

in Quality and Finishes conforming to the International Standards.

The stringent 'Quality Parameters' followed by us are underlined below for your kind reference.
 
 ·   The fabrication and furniture work is developed in our work shop using advance machines and tools,    

     like Panel Saw Cutter, Edge Binding Machine, Multi Hole Drills, Bosch's Tools.
 
 ·   The site work is checked using all Laser based plumb line and water level. All works  are carried out  

     using millimetre scale with the help of laser guided digital  measuring gadgets.
 
 ·   The construction work is professionally managed using PMC based methods and the Daily progress

     report is shared with our clients. 
 
 ·   Safety is paramount. All work locations are well equipped with Safety Gears, Hard Hats and Insulated

     Shoes. No loose connections or temporary electrical supply are permitted at site during construction.
 
 ·   Since the fabrication work of furniture etc is carried out at different locations, the site work is executed     

     without any hindrances.
