Split between review vs rant. I will try to make it a review. "Liars, unprofessional, zero commitment for timeline, frauds and cheats". Beware of them and stay away. Modus operandi: Work diligently for first 30-40 days. Get 70-80% of your money and then treat you like shit. Spread work all over and claim its all done. In reality just structure will be laid with no lamination, polishing, knobs, handles, doors too in most cases. Initial Design - Really good (No doubt there). "This is where the goodness ends" Contract - Its a farce. Vague terms. Will commit to stuff verbally and later deny. Time commitment - Horrible. Project to be completed in Dec 2019, was not finished till Mid Sep 2020. I had to kick them out bearing all the loss. Finishing - Pathetic. Asking for money - Excellent Quality of materials - CHEATS!!. Committed to giving Philips lights but will put "local brands" or sub brands of philips. Use cheapest quality of wires. Professionalism - The word does not exist in their dictionary. Check the pictures which show some demo of their horrible work. Having started the work in Aug 2019, they had ~95% money by Dec 2019 and kept giving new dates. Horrible carpentry work. Even at the end on the day I had to kick them out, they claim they can finish it all in one day when half the wardrobes had no knobs, missing plumbing, missing wiring and so on. The two representatives Souvik Nandi and Sanjoy are absolute thieves and do not care about your review for them.
