The Mangrove Collective is a design & build team that specialises in bespoke Furniture, Mill-work, Accessories & everything in between. It was incorporated and seeded as an independent organisation in 2015 by Studio Lotus, one of India’s leading design practices, as a natural extension of the firm’s multidisciplinary design practice.

Mangrove works on the principles of a “Conscious” process - from design to manufacture - an approach that celebrates local resources, cultural influences and a keen sensitivity to all stakeholders in the process and to environmental impact.

The firm is led by a highly experienced team of furniture designers who bring on board a larger understanding of the demands of diverse Design environments and an expertise in working with a range of materials such as timber, metal, stone, concrete, upholstery and different indigenous crafts.
