Job Description

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our home interior design and home automation systems to prospective clients. This position requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a proven track record in sales.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

1. Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.

2. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads for home interior design and home automation projects.

Consultative Selling:

1. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

2. Present and demonstrate our range of home interior design and home automation solutions effectively.

3. Provide expert advice and recommendations tailored to clients' specific needs.

Quotation and Proposal Development:

1. Prepare accurate and detailed project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.

2. Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure proposals align with client expectations and project feasibility.

Relationship Building:

1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and other industry stakeholders.

2. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Sales Target Achievement:

1. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

2. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home interior design or home automation industry.

2. Strong understanding of interior design concepts and home automation technologies.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

5. Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
