Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maximize opportunities to increase targeted traffic to the website through a variety of marketing channels including SEO, SMO, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and online marketing tools
2. Responsible for rolling out digital marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, advertising on 3rd party websites and portals, mobile advertising, in-app advertising, Google AdWords, Google AdSense, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Advertising, and other relevant digital channels
3. Conversion Management in terms of site usability, user journeys, up-sell/cross- sell
4. Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
5. Ensure the site is maintained and updated so as to maximize customer engagement on the site
6. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
7. Experience using web analytics and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement
8. Manage internal and external relationships to ensure online revenue targets are maximized
9. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
10. Have an ability to content writing and support the implementation of mission-critical content
11. Proven working experience in social media
12. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
13. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
14. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
15. Run day to day social media and search engine optimization audits to ensure best practices are being used
16. Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
17. Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
18. Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
19. Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
20. Can work with the team members to develop their skills and knowledge
